My dear followers,
today is Wednesday, December 25. Ten months ago I run my last marathon, it was a nightmare.
Next step: Madrid 2015.
Why 2.015? Becuase I need time to lose some weight and of course to get fit, my snickers are old fashion now.
Within this blog, I´m going to post my daily plan to acheive it.
